Willis 46 inch Freestanding Electric Fireplace Media Console & 18 inch Electric Firebox - Spanish Gray, 18MM6092-PI14S

A little expensive for the materials provided, but I thoroughly enjoy the peice so I'm fine with it. The only hickup I had assembling was with the hinges on the doors. Even while using the guide points they provided, the door still didn't line up perfectly. I just loosened them a little though and they stay closed, so that's all I need.The fireplace is great when cozied up on the couch, but I'm not sure about it's claim to heat up to 400 sq. ft. It is a light source that plays on a black screen that is like two inches in from the glass.The TV on top in the picture is a 50", and the color is a LITTLE more grey in person than these pictures show.

Received this console a few days ago and slightly disappointed. Color is described as Spanish grey, but it is actually more of a brown than grey. Took several hours to assemble and some of the holes were NEVER drilled out, making it difficult to put screws in. Also the fireplace box is unstable and needed something to stabilize it to keep from tilting. I did NOT mount it on the wall, and that may be the issue. The final product looks nice and stylish.

The media could not be loaded.  Good quality, easy to assemble, very quiet, and I love how we can switch out the crystals in the logs. Tip, when unpacking don't freak out when you see the two pieces of wood at the ends of the Box. The wood is there to help protect the packing. When I first unpacked it I thought that was the color that the item had been shipped in. LOL be sure to open all boxes before freaking out... LOL

We just opened the box to our unit. Two of the boards are damaged. We have to go buy new boards because one is completely broken. It was stored In a secure location. I am very unhappy for the money we paid. Now we have to go buy new boards for the damaged ones.

Well packaged, easy to assembly and very sturdy. Decent quality of materials used for this piece. Looks better than the images online.

We use this everyday so far. Our house heater does not come on while we are using our fireplace. It's very quiet. I like that the logs can be switched out with the crystals that were included.

Needs to be taller. Disappointed

This does not come assembled!! You need to put it together with a picture chart. BE SURE not to over tighten the screws, they go all the way through the board. I screwed up on the first few boards and the visual damage was inside the cabinet so it was not a big deal. Good heat. Did not use the logs, rather the crystals. They look better. Comes packed for rough handling. Ours made it without damage to the unit even through the box had a rough ride.
