This mattress cover is thicker than most and provides another layer of softness to sofa bed, which are not typcially all that comfy to begin with. Hopefully, will stand the test of time.

It was really, really, really hard to actually get the correct product but when we did, it was worth the wait. We've had such a difficult time finding a sofa bed mattress pad that fits and stays put on a 5" mattress and this one fit our sofa bed perfectly. We ordered this several weeks ago and the first package arrived labeled correctly but containing a set of sofa bed sheets and pillowcases. We called Amazon to inform them of the mislabeling and asked if they could please contact the company to guarantee that we'd get an actual mattress pad if we re-ordered since we had guests arriving for the holidays. They guaranteed that we would so we confidently returned the mis-labeled package for a refund and purchased another only to receive a set of sheets again. Arghh. This time I e-mailed the company and informed them directly of the problem we were having and they promised that we would have a mattress pad in just a couple of days and to keep the set of sheets gratis. I was happy to do that since the sheet set was actually really nice. We had to contact the company a second time to get the mattress pad and it eventually arrived long after our guests had come and gone but we are very happy with it. We wanted to order a second one for a larger sofa bed but sadly they do not list one at this time. If they did, we would definitely purchase it!

Bought this product at the last minute cuz I forgot about a mattress pad for my Murphy Chest bed and family coming on Nov 1st. So paid extra and it did arrive on time. Had to really stretch the cotton top to fit the queen mattess but it did fit. Will see how the family likes it after sleeping on it. I didn't have the time to try it myself first. :) Feels nice and soft though so should work fine.

For reference, I use this for my Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, which comes with a thinner mattress. I'm so glad I bought this mattress pad; it makes it so much softer and more comfortable than when I slept on the mattress with just a fitted sheet over it. The stretchy corners make it conform nicely to the thin mattress. I kept this one after having tried the one with just elastic bands to hold the corners in place (that one did not fit well at all). This one is just very nice and comfy!

I purchased this mattress cover to go over a sleeper sofa mattress that was not very comfortable. The product is very well made, good thickness, nice & soft and fits well. I have not washed it yet, so hoping that it holds up.

Purple stamp was an ugly surprise. There are other stray purple ink marks. The weave of the underside is loose...cheap fabric akin to cheesecloth. Holes have already appeared and it was slept on for 3 nights and washed once. The top fabric is a tighter weave, but the failure of the underside fabric will likely cause it to be discarded far too soon.
