Baby Loves Summer!: A Karen Katz Lift-the-Flap Book

Her books are the best for toddlers! Cute. Colorful. And they love the flaps! Great gift!

Baby Loves Summer! was there perfect choice for an early summer first birthday. Karen Katz's board books have become favorites to give as gifts, and her lift-the-flap books are loved by the young recipients and their slightly older siblings. The text is simple, asking questions that will be answered by lifting the flaps. The flaps seemed larger than most of the flaps in a previous lift-the-flap book, making them a tad harder to open for little hands. Time is sure to correct this, though, with the wear and tear of repeated reads. This is our fourth Karen Katz Lift-the Flap book and will not be our last. Recommended.

Karen Katz books are THE BEST. I love the lift the flap feature and the story lines. I give them as baby gifts all the time. I keep a stash of her books just for that purpose.

Very cute lift- the-flap book for toddlers to enjoy with an adult helping them. Concepts are enjoyable and easy for my grandson to understand. He loves lifting the flaps to find the easily identified objects.

Makes reading fun for the little ones when they can interact and lift the flaps inside books to reveal more pictures. This books has been put to the test as I get a lot of "toddler traffic" and it has held up nice and all the kids even my 7 year old enjoys it!
