Excellent boxes, easy to assemble and very sturdy. Perfect for mailing 45 rpm records.

I bought these despite some of the more negative reviews. In my opinion, these are perfectly good mailing boxes for one to three LP records at a time. I am selling some of my LP collection on Ebay so I am only sending 1 or 2 at a time. These boxes are perfect for that and don't break the bank. I love them.I wrap the LP in the smaller-type bubble wrap. The I put packing tape around the middle of the box to seal the flaps, then I tape each corner twice, done. Not that much tape and the box is sturdy, yet super lightweight to keep the mailing price down. 13x13x1, weighs 1-2 pounds, and cost about $3.50 using Media Mail.Would buy again.

From time to time I do a fair amount of eBay trade on vinyl LPs -- buying and selling. I normally recycle (reuse) the LP mailers I receive with the LPs I purchase, but sometimes I need extras. These LP mailers I purchased are an excellent value, and when combined with bubble wrap for inside protection, come in at just less than one pound with a normal weight LP/jacket combination inside. That's good because I normally ship via media mail, and I can save a little. Overall, I've found that these LP mailers are just as durable and protective as more expensive ones I've ordered in the past. And, I can get them in a quantity of 25 instead of a minimum of 100. Great deal, and highly recommended!

I recently needed to ship a bunch of records I sold on eBay and couldn't find a cost effective way of doing so. These boxes proved to be the best option with each being about a buck per shipment. They can comfortably hold up to 3 or so records (any more and it just gets unwieldy, although I guess it would be possible) and you can tape it shut pretty easily. Paired with printable labels for shipping, it was a great option.Only downside is that the cardboard sometime doesn't bend correctly on each individual box. This is not a widespread issue, but in the 3 or so purchases I made of this, I did some across it. I was able to work around the imperfection in the box and it only affected maybe 5 out of the 75 I bought, but something to mention nonetheless.

Never had a problem with these, even when shipping across the US long distance. I always sandwich the record with 2 pieces of thick cardboard, then use these mailers to ship.

Great product! Fits records perfectly. Makes shipping vinyl LPs quick and easy. We sell our classic albums online and have shipped out close to 100 of them in the past year. These adjustable boxes have been a BIG help whether we are shipping just one record or up to five records. We recommend buying some perforated - small bubble - bubble wrap or square record packing sheets, we use it to separate between albums when we are just shipping one or two for added protection. We have also shipped as much as ten albums buy taping two of these boxes together - worked great! Never any problem and we have shipped cross country using low rate media mail. Two thumbs up for this product!
