Seem very well made. Covered with stretchy fabric and stitched to look like small baseballs. I’m not sure if they are supposed to be firm and soft, but both balls seems like the same firmness to me. I’m 6’2” and wish the balls were a little larger. The size is probably fine for most folks. Don’t know what “professional” means. Amateur balls would probably be fine for me.

I came across this ball when trying to figure out why my middle and ring fingers on my right hand were losing strength. I work at a computer all day, so I figured it was related to that, possibly carpel tunnel or something. I ordered this thinking maybe it’ll help. Well I’ve been spending about 5-10 minutes a day with it in my hand, squeezing it and rolling it around, and after two weeks I’ve noticed that I no longer have pain or weakness in those fingers. I’m so happy that such a simple product improved my quality of life!

I get it that these are great for strengthening hands and increasing flexibility.What I use these for is for a gentle rolling massage to my arms, thighs, calves, and feet.I also use them to roll up and down my spouses spine because they are very soft and can be used directly on the spine where other materials are just too hard.Very well made and seem like they will truly last for years. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gentle massage or hand flexibility strengthening.

As a professional who helps kids and teens manage their emotions, I am very happy with this product. When I received them, I first applied a variety of durability tests to see if they would “pop” (what even was inside them? I don’t know) but I had to do everything to it that I knew my teens would. So far, they’ve held up.My father even stole one from me and brought it to his office.Happy with this product. Would like to try out different inner textures to supplement these though (are the innards called texture?) In some moments of stress it’s a little too ‘gooey’, and you just want there to be malleable clay on the inside. My only recommendation for future models.

I took 1 star off because they are very very firm. They make me want to stop squeezing not because my stress is relieved but because my hand starts to hurt. The fabric is top notch and the stitching is solid. I've popped a few in the past but I don;t ever see that happening with these.

We keep these by our tv chairs and use them as we watch. Good for strength, circulation, etc. would definitely recommend.

These balls are exactly what I was looking for to use while doing Qi Gong. I wish I would have received the ebook as well to see other ways for me to use them.

I like to use these balls while walking. They keep my hands and fingers active. If I should loose a ball, it really doesn't roll far away. I clean them by wiping with just a bit of mild soap and water, and air dry.
