Greenland Home Antique Rose Valance, 84 by 21-Inch

I love this whole set. First I bought the curtain panels and valance. Actually I used 2 valances with 1 pair of panels, then added a burgundy-red set of sheers. Then I had to have the bedspread and 4 pillow shams plus the matching decorative pillows. It all goes together to create a beautiful, peaceful bedroom. Now I will finish by hanging a few pictures and decorative items, then I will kickback and relax.The whole set is very well made and I get compliments on it all the time. I would also recommend this bedding set and window covering to everyone. This set doesn't ever go out of style and goes well with Victorian decor.

The valance is great and it's just what I hoped it would be.

I love waking each morning and seeing it in my new kitchen.

I don't understand the negative reviews and comments about these valance. Yes, they are light weight if you want more density buy an extra panel and increase the gathering. The answers on rod sizes are very conflicting. The discription states they have a three inch rod pocket. Many reviews state they don't. I even posted the question and got answers that they didn't. Took the chance and ordered anyway and they do have a 3" pocket. Took down my old ones and slid these on to my 2.5 rods. You just have to take your time like you would with any valance. I put two panels on a 48 " window with the rod extending 4" beyond the window and then the return. Nice and full. Only 4 stars for two reasons, 1: they are not off white, cream, light beige, or anything close, they are definitely a pale yellow, fortunately I could work with that, 2: the liner does not extend to the bottom of the valance, it stops about 1.5 to 2 inches from the bottom and with light shinning through it looks a bit strange. However, for the price they are​ a pretty good bargain. You can get a cute window done on the cheap.

This is very pretty and brightens my kitchen! The rod pocket is approximately 2.5 inches. The valance is not thick or thin but just right. As you can see in the pics, the morning sun shines through them, which i love. I bought the valance for looks and quality so thickness and warmth are no concern to me. I took a pic of a close-up also to show some detail. The background fabric is a pale pale yellow and the flowers are indeed red and very slightly on the pink-ish side but i still call them 'red' because they are. The rod for my window is roughly 28 inches wide so just one valance works perfectly for me. I really love this valance.

I LOVE these valances! They are so soft and feminine and perfect for my bathroom. They so remind me of an old English Tea Garden. They are very well made and even lined! Well worth the cost!! Above what I was expecting and in today's day and age - that is a rarity! Thank you!

I bought 2 for fullness...paired it with the long drapes and put a couple of ecru sheers between the 2 drapes..and what a nice look it has! What is so nice is I thought I would have to iron them...but much to my surprise after hanging a hour while I installed the rods..they look wonderful! No wrinkles, just the right amount of fullness...turned out better than I thought. Cant wait to get the matching quilt and throw pillows! The only con is if I didnt have blinds underneath them to keep the afternoon sun out ..they would be too sheer for my west facing room. Love the color...very warm and cozy feeling. For the price you just cant go wrong!
