Fits perfect in 2008 beetle convertible windshield, helps a lot in Florida with keeping the car interior cooler.

I bought those umbrella sunscreens before and -despite the measurements matching-they were too wide for a Beetle's windshield so I looked for one that would specifically fit. I have a 2002 New Beetle, which this states it fits, and it does, just not perfectly. My rearview mirror does not sit on the windshield so the cutout for it doesn't make sense and there is a gap up top. The gap isn't anything major in the grand scheme of sun-blocking, but I believe for a product to advertise fitting my specific car, it does not fit or look good.

Extra thick and it cooled my off car very well today!
