I have two cats that were rescued from the SPCA several years ago. You'd think a cat that had lived on the street eating out of garbage cans, as one of mine did, would devour any wet food he was offered. You'd be wrong. They both will only eat paté, and then only if it's mashed up with a little warm water mixed in so it's not plain old room-temperature slop. One will only ever eat a few bites, even if it's something he loves. He refuses to come back and eat a little more later, as though it turns toxic the moment he turns his back on it The other is a bit...robust...so I only want him to have a little. These Fancy Feast Petites have been perfect for us. (Or, I imagine, would be perfect for a person with one normal cat.) I hate throwing a lot of leftover food away because of the waste, and because it smells up my kitchen trash until it's taken out. I've had to ban fish flavors altogether for just that reason. What has surprised me about the flavors of Fancy Feast Petites patés is that they smell...I can't say it any other way but "real". They don't smell like canned cat food to me. The turkey smells like a roast turkey, and the chicken smells like a chicken dinner. And this flavor, the beef, smells like a hamburger to me. Maybe the scent comes out more because I do add that little bit of warm water, but I've been surprised at just how tasty it smells. It makes me feel good giving this to my two gentlemen because it smells like it's supposed to. It's hard finding something both cats will eat. Usually if one loves a wet food the other turns his nose up at it. They're already eating two separate types of kibble, so this is a win. (They're not spoiled and I refuse to admit that they are!) The one downside for me,--and I'm adding it here because it might affect seniors and people with arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome--is that it's very hard for me to peel back the foil lid from the little tub of food. The foil tab you have to pull is sort of smushed into the edge of the foil cover and you have to tease it out, and then it's very small with not much surface to grab. And whatever adhesive holds it on the plastic tub seems crazy strong. I understand that it might be fine for most people. I have a cervical spinal injury and neuropathy in my hands. What I wind up doing is taking a knife and cutting through the foil top around the inside rim of the container. Like I said, this probably isn't relevant for most of you, but my elderly mother has told me she has the same issues with her arthritic hands and these containers, so my fellow weak-handers be warned.

My senior cats have been refusing to eat the regular can food for days now, so I tried this instead. I also bought the chicken one. Ordered them yesterday and got them super early this morning. Awesome! I have two senior cars and the portion of this is perfect. My cats love it and cleansed off the plates. All products arrived fully intact; no leaks, not dirty, packed well. I’m glad found this as I was beginning to worry when my cats wouldn’t want to eat the regular wet food I’ve been giving for years. Happy cats happy owner!

i discontinued buying this product because the cans were impossible to open and by the time I got them ripped open, there was juice all over the counter and my hands. Gross

My cat loves these but they have dissapeared and now I can't find them anywhere. He's super finiky so I'm hoping it comes back.

Three of the containers were open when I opened the box and the smell of the rancid food was awful. Had to throw out the whole box after wrapping it in 3 plastic bags.

The convenient packaging with two single servings is a lifesaver—no more wasting half-empty cans or trying to refrigerate leftovers. What I love most is that it doesn’t contain any artificial colors or preservatives. My cat has sensitive stomach, and this has been a perfect fit for them. They devour every last bit, and their coats have never looked shinier. My pickiest eater can’t resist it.

What can I say? I think this cat food can sell itself without anything being said by me.. but here it goes. Whatever they put in this cat food is truly addictive because my cat always goes crazy for it. It is a good value for the money in my opinion, has no grains which is great, and a pate texture that my cat always gulps down . I always add warm bottled water to it because cats don’t drink enough water which often leads to kidney disease, my last two cats had it in fact. I always stick to the chicken and beef flavors because I have read that today’s fish aren’t any better for cats to eat than they are for us. Too much mercury in it. I highly doubt recommend this product.
