Great purchased
I like this product because of its low noise, great performance and light weight. I use this dehydrator to dehydrate fruits and make fish, beef, chicken jerky for my pets in the house. I love how my dogs enjoyed a fresh and healthy jerky homemade. I don’t not have to buy jerky from store that may have chemicals to them. I recommend this for people to purchase and I let be how it is easy to use. It is a good size to place on the kitchen countertop. I expected the dry time to dehydrate my meats for my dogs to enjoy.

Just buy it!
I bought the food dehydrator in August 2023 and used it a few times mainly to dry herbs so lower temperatures. It then sat at n the counter in my canning kitchen until this year when I started to dry peppers and found that it wasn’t reaching anything over 80 degrees. I took the chance and contacted them to see what I could do to fix it since it was over a year! They really surprised me and helped me out by sending me a new one! Which I mean wow! In these days to find a company that will do that is amazing! They were also very courteous and pleasant to deal with! So now the actual product! Like I’ve said I have done herbs and right now there are several pounds of peppers in it more than I thought would fit! It’s easy to use the time and temperature are easy to set. You’ll want to keep finding new things to dry I’ve done carrots beets citrus peel garlic and made bread crisps! There is also a booklet with recipes! I want again to thank this company for their wonderful help! I was kind of panicking when I found out the one didn’t work at the start of harvest season! Thank you so very much!!!

Perfect size
I have never dehydrated food before and it only took me a few minutes to start a batch of dehydrated strawberries - which came out perfect - Great machine - simple - easy to use - but very effective - one of the great items is that 6 silicone sheets come that fit perfectly over the wire trays - easy clean up - Highly Recommend.

Great dehydrator!
Easy to clean☑️Metal trays ☑️Circulation so trays don’t need to be rotated ☑️Reasonable size with flat top surface ☑️Variable temperature setting ☑️Running timer is easy to set and adjust ☑️Makes better sweet potato chips for dog treats than what I got at the store for much less☑️Honestly, it’s the perfect size and has already payed for itself in dog treats. Watching my dogs waiting for fresh from the dehydrator treats reminds me of how excited kids get when fresh baked cookies are ready. It’s really easy to use and the guide has time/temp suggestions that are helpful. It’s also really easy to clean with the removable crumb catcher. It doesn’t waste counter space with the nice boxy design. For the sweet potato chips I set it on the highest temp for 20h.It’s fairly humid here in TX so time may vary depending on your location.I used the handheld “wavy” slicer/chopper to cut the raw sweet potatoes. It was much easier than a knife and thicker than my grater/slicer slide-to-cut device.Have fun making snacks!

Arrived in good condition
The dehydrator arrived nicely packaged and in good condition. It worked well right out of the box. I would have gone five stars except I would like to see it capable of going another ten degrees warmer and the included instructions are virtually useless. They were poorly written and then poorly translated into English. If you get this expect to buy one of the dehydrator books that are offered for sale. I found it very easy to set up and turn on. I set the time and temperature and a moment later it starts up. It cuts off when the time is up. I especially like the stainless steel trays. They are easy to use and clean. I have dried apples and pineapples well. I overdid some peaches and bananas. Do not cut things up too small. Drying time is effected by the size of the items, especially how thin they are. My first batch was cut too small and it showed in the final product. On a whim I opened a can of sliced pineapples, let them drain a bit and put the slices whole on the rack. At 130 degrees for 14 hours they came out fine. I have not tried any meat yet. Good luck and, Enjoy!

Worked wonderfully for 3 days, then stopped
I was SO happy when I got the dehydrator.I live in the DR so the shipping cost was more expensive than the product itself, so I had high hopes haha.It worked wonderfully for three days, almost no sound, dehydrated fruit and meat in it, 10/10 but then all of a sudden it stoped working on the third day of use.I was dehydrating some meat for my dogs and left it for a few hours, just to come back to check it and see the meat as fresh (but a little smelly) as I put it in.Never worked again after that.

All Good so Far!
I’ve used this twice for banana chips, 10 hours each time. It’s not very loud, but you can hear it running in the background of the kitchen area. Lots of room with all the trays, so much so that I haven’t filled it yet. I plan on doing jerky next.Cleaning is easy and I’ll be using a silicon mat on the bottom when I do the jerky,The controls are easy, but the one thing I don’t care for is that the power is not switched; you have to unplug it to completely turn it off. Not a major issue, and it does shut down when the timer finishes. It’s light, and takes up little room. Looks good in the kitchen if left out.
