We typically buy this product locally. They’ve become our favorite pretzels. When they were out of stock at our local grocer we decided to sign up for subscribe and save since we eat them so regularly. When we received them the labeling states peanut cross contamination, which is a huge problem as we are a peanut free house. If you previously ate this product due to them being peanut and gluten free, not this is no longer the case! New label and previous label photos for reference. Very disappointing and we will unfortunately be throwing them out.

My wife loved these pretzels... until they changed the receipe. She's allergic to corn and these were the only ones without xantham gum. We bought a bunch without realizing the receipe had changed, and she had an allergic reaction. Very disappointed in this change without any announcement.

I have so loved these pretzels in the past, but recently I have gotten two batches with two different expiration dates, and the pretzels in both batches are distinctly rancid. You open the bag, and an odor similar to the smell of paint is what greets you. I guess they aren't taking proper precautions with the care and storage of the whole grains that are in the pretzels. I am sad, because it is hard to find whole grain pretzels, and these used to be delicious.

I absolutely love these pretzels! If you are looking for a sweet or even a semi sweet pretzel, this is not it. I don’t know where the touch of honey is with these pretzels, but I did not taste it at all. However, they are buttery and delicious! They taste very similar to Snyder’s butter pretzels, but better! The only downside to these pretzels are that they were surprisingly hard, but I grew to like it and they are expensive. I was expecting more pretzels in the bag considering that they cost about $5. I want to say that I won’t buy these again because I do feel like they are overpriced, but I just might buy them again. I’ll try looking in the stores for this product before coming back on Amazon to purchase them.

Update: I have since ordered these pretzels three more times (3 bags each time). All bags have been fine - pretzels intact. My kids love these, and I think the taste is spot on. Crunchy and flavorful. Highly recommend!I was so happy to find this product for my son, who has multiple food allergies. He's 7. It's hard to find wheat-free pretzels that don't have his other allergens, particularly soy and pea protein. I was happy to find a stick-shaped pretzel free of his allergens. These taste great! And they're nice and crunchy. It's a quality product except for one thing. I opened the bag to find all the pretzels had broken into much smaller pieces. This is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of finding a different product that my son can enjoy. Additionally, I had purchased this to have my son fit at VBS where they are making sailboats with several foods, including stick pretzels. So, that's an extra disappointment. (I did find 2 whole ones in the bag, so hopefully that will work.) Not sure if this was a packing issue or something happened at the Amazon warehouse. Or if the company just isn't packaging these correctly. I see at least one other review with the same issue. So, please fix this!! I can't tell you how important is to make my son feel included but also just to have fun, normal snacks. And I do appreciate the effort here, but this can be improved.

I love these pretzels! This flavor in particular, “a touch of honey,” is so addictive. There are two reasons I didn’t rate these pretzels five stars overall. First, they were shipped in an amazon packing sleeve rather than a box with packing stuffing (plastic filled with air, paper etc.). Because they were shipped in the sleeve, by the time they arrived they were pretty crushed up. I received these pretzels a different time in a gift basket that was well packed then shipped in a box and they were not broken up at all. So, I think the use of a packing sleeve really contributed to the broken up way they were when I received them. Second, these pretzels are expensive given that the bags of them contain less pretzels per bag than other brands which use similar size bags. So, despite the yummy taste of these, they are expensive given that they arrive crushed up and with less pretzels per bag than competitions. I would recommend purchasing these in store or for the amazon seller to switch to the use of boxes rather than packing sleeves.

All four members of the house didn't like the taste, and we all have different tastes. We didn't taste the honey, not enough salt, and flavor was slightly off taste compared to regular pretzels. Might taste better if you dip it in something but we don't dip our pretzels. I was hoping for a healthier alternative to regular pretzels but this is not it.

I've been gluten-free since mid 2010, so I've tried a lot of products amongst the years. As anyone else who is gf knows, there is good for gluten-free and then there's legitimately good. These fall under legit good! Even people who eat gluten like these in my household. The honey ones are my favorite, but the sea salt aren't bad either. I really hope to find the rye style soon because that's one of the things I really miss.
