Easy yet effective
This is exactly what was introduced to me in a post-surgery physical rehabilitaion program. Being one bar instead of two separate weights makes many exercises easier, equilateral in effectiveness, and for some movements, the only device to make the exercise effective. (Eg. Rowing from side to side.) Very easy to use. In my 70's and love using this!! Because it makes the exercises so easy yet effective, I tend to use it more. Great for younger people as well who use weights to exercise.

Weighted bar
Very high quality product the weight is appropriately labled. The size is very functional for to manipulate in a smaller area, there is also enough room to space hands apart for more movement.

The best therapy weight bar I've found so far
I have chronic back pain that makes me disabled. This bar lets me strengthen my muscles while laying on my bed or floor taking the weight off my back when exercising. It's better than doing nothing and I see positive results when used daily

Top notch product
Yes, it's expensive. But, it's really well made. Well balanced and shorter for easier use. I have another brand that I like also, but this one is superior. Highly recommend.

Everyone Doing Physical Therapy Needs This
I learned about these bars in Rehab...and enjoyed working with them so much, I bought them for home. I wish there was a less expensive option, but I would rather have them then not. I used both Patterson Medical and Sammons Preston and they are the same in quality. They are the only sturdy, 30", good grip weight bar available.
