You're probably a 34 waist. Inseam you'll just need a tailor. I'm 175 & 5'4" I wear a 34 and I think my inseam is like a 27. So I just get everything in the shortest inseam possible so the seat (butt area) fits properly and then go to my local tailor and spend the $9 to get them hemmed
