Works well. This is so fun for people who don't have a fire option. Got this for father's day and it was a huge hit. Not used often, but the quality is good. Takes some time to heat the marshmallow but it's expected.

Purchased as a gift for my 20 year old college student. It works well and she is super happy that with no open flame it is “legal” to use in her dorm! :) , Technically I would give it 4.5 stars but rounded up because she loved it. Two things I would have docked it for - Two roasting sticks but realistically the heat area really works better for one marshmallow at a time rather than two - the little trays to hold ingredients are very difficult to connect properly (but the are also totally optional when it comes to operation

It’s nothing great by any means. It gets warm, it won’t really toast your marshmallows the way a fire would. It does make them melty enough to go in a s’more. However, only one person at a time can roast because the actual warming area is just too small. It’s easy to use. We don’t plan to use the trays so not sure how they work. We are using it inside so we just put the crackers and chocolate on a plate. I don’t want any mishaps with the metal while someone reaches for chocolate. Also, the forks it comes with are a joke. Like I said, I don’t want any kids hand that close to the hot metal plate. We have a real fire pit with telescoping forks so we used those for this. The kids had fun. I was iffy on if the kids would use it again but My son asked to keep it. It is less work than the wood burning firepit.

My sister in law loved it!!!! She makes the perfect emotes each time! Works well, easy to use, super easy to clean! Super easy to just take it on the go bc it’s not super big and it’s light weight!

Take a few minutes to heat up but it is so fun! My kids love s’mores and this makes it so easy to do them year round. I highly recommend this little machine!

I live in an apartment & we can only have electric grills which arent conducive to marshmallow toasting. i really wanted to toast mallows with my daughter & share that experience, so after hemming and hawing for a bit i decided to buy this & crossed my fingers. 1. after you tale it out of the box dont just set it on the counter. the way the cord is doesnt allow it to sit flat. mine immediately fell on the floor because i didnt notice and went crap i hope i didnt break it 2. the dish circle thing comes in 4 pieces. the 4th piece is a pain in the butt. you might go in circles a few times before you finally get it to snap on without unsnapping other parts. its over under snapping and probly wouldve been easier if it all just snapped at the top or bottom instead of alternating 3. once you get that taken care of the toaster sits right in the middle. the cord goes right through the center of the dish thing, solving the balance issue 4. it takes about 7m to heat all the way up and then its SUPER hot so be careful. the stick prongs are long enough that you wont get burned but if you have little ones who lean all over things, or hover over things, id recommend getting longer ones. dont use wood because im not sure if that will catch fire 5. it will seem like nothing is happening but when you see wispy smoke starting to rise, then that part is nice & golden and you can twirl it. 6. obv it takes longer than using a fire but its a great opportunity to spend some time together chatting while you wait i do not regret my purchase & look forward to many toasty fun times

I was very disappointed because mine didn’t get hot enough to melt anything , unless I got a bad one or something ! But I can’t do anything with it. Was a waste of my money honestly , I really wish it would have worked.
