Excellent Pump and saved us thousands in damage!
With generational rainfall and flooding in Central Kentucky this past week, this transfer pump helped keep water out of our basement. I ended up purchasing a second one and ran them both with garden hoses, away from the house foundation. Ran for 3-4 hours each time and had no problems. Without these pumps, we would've definitely had soaked floors and carpet. Bought these after the last heavy rainfall and a $2,000 Servpro bill. This pump saved us a bunch of money! Just do as it's recommended by priming the pump and have the hose submerged into the water before plugging in. They worked GREAT! Just wish it had a switch, other than that....No complaints and highly recommend!

Worked Great to Clear My Backed Up Storm Drains
We've had some good rain recently and my storm drains backed up. I rented a 75ft powered drain snake but still couldn't clear the drains. I need to call in a plumber who can run a camera down there to see what's going on. In the meantime, I needed to get all that water out of the storm drains. This thing worked perfectly! It's not super powerful and it's a little awkward since it doesn't have a power switch. The moment you plug it in, it starts working. The hose that comes with it is super stiff but whatever...it got the job done so I'm happy! Def worth the money spent.

Worked fine
Just what I needed for winterizing my boat. No on or off switch. I made one to use that made the task at hand easier.

Portable Water Pump
I bought this for transferring water to holding tanks in an off grid location. I use a small Yamaha generator for power to run this pump and transfer water from a 330 gallon tote to holding tanks with no issues and use the pump to pump from the holding tanks to my 5th Wheel. Overall I’ve been highly satisfied with the easy of use and have not had any issues with the pump. Recommend for anyone needing a small compact water pump for filling tanks or needing to empty water from tanks or other items.

Perfect Solution for camping
We needed a backsaving solution for quickly transporting our own fresh potable water to replenish our camper trailer when campground water is turned off or not available. We bought 4 seven gallon potable water containers and drove truck to central faucet to fill each of them. We returned to campsite, opened tailgate, and used this pump to quickly and with no lifting!!! to transfer the water into our camper's tank. We used our existing clean fresh water hose and our on/off filling hose tip to guide hose into camper tank. We did use 2 people just to mind the filling hose at the camper while pumping but could have rigged a tie up to hold the filling tip in place while one person operated pump. We made sure no propane was on in area of battery hookup. We followed the pump directions to wet the interior of the pump before pumping. The unit was about as loud as our RV water pump so we waited till after 8 am to run it for filling our camper tank just to be neighborly. This pump totally saved our backs from lifting 56 pounds of water jugs 4x! Loved it. Wish it had storage box.

The pump stopped working after 5 minutes of pumping
UPDATED 2/7/2023: The credit for this refund showed up today on my actual credit card. End of story.UPDATED 2/6/2023: The return shipment finally moved on Feb. 2 and confirmed delivered on Feb. 3. Still no refund. And the Return Status on Amazon.com doesn't show any progress since dropping off the return, still shows status as "Return Requested". This is highly unusual and somewhat shady.UPDATED 1/31/2023: The return shipment arrived at a UPS facility at 9:15pm on Jan. 25 and apparently hasn't moved since. I'm still waiting for my refund.UPDATE 1/25/2023: I've returned the pump since the motor no longer worked. Oddly, when I dropped off the item and they scanned the Amazon return code, the receipt I got from UPS did not include an actual UPS tracking number, only some "reference code". that's never happened before, makes me nervous. As things stand now, the pump is not functioning at all when I plug it in.On my first use I added water to the inlet, connected the inlet strainer to the inlet hose, filled the inlet hose with water before connecting it to the pump to help the initial flow, connected a hose to the outlet. I then plugged in the pump and saw very strong flow to start. It looked like everything was working really well. The problem is that the pump shut itself off after about only 5 minutes of pumping water. The elevation of the inlet strainer is about 2 feet lower than the end of the outlet hose, so there's very little gravity for the pump to fight against. As it stands right now I tried unplugging the pump, letting it rest for 10 min, then plugging in again. No change. I'll try to let it rest for longer, maybe a couple of hours, then try again. If something changes I'll add to this review. As things stand now, this has been a very bad product that I would not recommend.

Great customer service and warranty
The pump was as expected and worked great for many months. Unfortunately it failed but was promptly replaced as it was still under warranty. Customer service was prompt and friendly. Good experience.

Weak pump.
It worked but the water flow was 1/3 of what I expected. I bought it to be able to fill my rv from local streams when extended camping and at the rate is was working-would take 30 minutes to pump 15 gallons. Dipping a bucket into a creek and then filtering that water into my camper would be faster-but then have to deal with lifting full buckets high enough to reach the camper water inlet and filter system. So-this works but was expecting better performance as the motor seems robust. .
