My son loves soccer but hates reading so when I saw this series, I just had to purchase it. These books have got him reading while he enjoys his soccer practice too. short story books but their own lessons for the children using the simple game of soccer.

Frankie is a solid hero and his mates are engaging as well. We get football and we get creative stories with fantastic angles. This is a fine choice for a young, possibly reluctant, reader.There's no reason why being sporty and athletic has to be inconsistent with being a reader. The football hook and the adventure lure a kid into reading. The story and the adventure can interest a reading kid in football. It's win-win.

Bought it for my friend's 7 years old son, he absolutely love it and is now getting the 3rd one in the series. Words are big enough for a young one and the story line is very interesting for them.

My little boy (8) is not an avid reader so trying to find something that will keep him interested is sometimes a challenge. These books are great for him as he’s footy mad. He now reads these in place of his school reading books

Excellent purchase grandson loves Frank Lampard books. As he is a child that does not like reading these books have helped immensely and he is now loving to read. Would recommend to friends and family
