GIVE BRAHMI A CHANCE NOW!
I was worried at first that i was going to have trouble incorporating this into my diet because the taste is quite bitter and earthy.... BUT, after finally finding the right way to use it, I am so happy with the product. i have noticed a mental sharpness and acuity that i owe to Brahmi. I have severe adhd and ONLY take natural supplements now... they had me on 30 mg a day and i am happy to say that Brahmi MAKES A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE. I put a tablespoon in my coffee each morning with honey, cardamom, mct oil (also sometimes i add turmeric, cinnamon, maca root powder or reishi mushroom powder) and blend it in the blender! its fantastic!
