Murphy bed is secure now
Bought these nylon straps as additional reinforcement to secure my king size mattress Murphy bed when folding up. They work great and definitely do the job. I double check the clasps to ensure that they have clicked into place. These two straps plus the one that came with the bed make 3 straps for securing the mattress.Prior to adding these straps to secure the mattress, the mattress had slipped down while in the folded/ vertical position. It took ladders, rope, strength and a team effort to elevate the mattress vertically enough to get it up and simultaneously open the cabinet. This had to be done with the beds cabinet as open as it possibly could be (which was just slightly ajar) because the mattress was blocking the cabinet from opening. The mattress is an extremely heavy object and this was such an awkward angle to lift such an object- it became clear that the best solution was to add more straps to hold the mattress in place while it was folded away. I never want to go through this situation again. If you have a Murphy bed do yourself a favor and add a couple more straps to it. These work like a charm.

would recommend
Exactly what I wanted. Good price for good quality. PS using for a light wt project but would trust for a heavier task

Good, a little cheap
Wanted an extra strap for the motorcycle cover and these fit the bill. One issue, the female end of one strap hit the ground and the plastic cracked and I had to glue it.

Utility Straps
Very strong locks! Able to hold a 39 3/4”x 21 1/2”x 17 78” (50gal) in shape. Had to strap it with a 4”x2” wood (38”) on both sides to keep the tub’s rectangular shape. Holds the braces in place. Clips doesn’t slip.

Slim, strong and easy to use
Used to hold a mattress for a murphy bed in place. Does the job perfectly.

Not for tight strapping
For the price I guess these are as good as to be expected, but they aren't good for strapping down things tightly as the plastic clasp soon wears out when in tension. We used these straps to strap the mattress down on our murphy bed but they only lasted about two months before you couldn't get the clasp to stay connected anymore.

good solution for adjustable beds
I used it to secure 2 x Twin XL firm mattresses to their adjustable beds, since these mattresses have the tendency to move up and slip over the mattress retainer, when the leg side of the bed is lifted up (e.g zero gravity position)This product simply does the job.

Low cost pair of 1"x13' buckled straps, construction quality, not so good!
My search for a long, 1" width tie down straps found these. The pros:+ Low cost of $10.99 for a pair, with free Amazon shipping.+ Pretty good customer product reviews.+ The quick connect/disconnect buckles are well made.+ Advertised - 157" (13') x 1 x 0.05".+ Advertised - polypropylene construction, non-slip, sewn-on, slide-stop buckle. ◄ Nylon material.+ Advertised - 2 straps per package. The cons:- These straps are pretty thin, very light weight.- No mention if these are UV resistant?- The buckle is sewed on with one stitch, not a reinforced "X" stitch.- On one strap, the nylon weave was poor, appears to be loose on one edge... fraying! ◄ Surprised this passed quality control?- Made in China. ◄ For those that prefer to buy products made in the USA.Closing remarks:▪ I should have returned these, as the one strap is defective. I needed a strap, so I went ahead & used the good one.

Nice and long
These are exactly what I need to affix a bedrail to a bed. The size can be adjusted and I like that the straps are not as thick. I think for my purpose they are great

Work great
Used these to strap down a mattress to a Murphy bed. Long enough for a king but I used em for a queen.

Not as wide as I expected. Good value
The product works well but it's not as wide as I expected. Would have bought a wider product.
