Heartland Valley M0513 Single Light Replacement Cord for Porcelain, 6'

These are a great buy at this price! They're pretty much impossible to find at stores here in Canada and they want an arm and a leg for them when I can find them . So I was really happy to find them here. Even with the shipping costs they are still a bargain. I wanted them for in Japanese paper lanterns and they work great. The bulbs don't get very warm, so I'm not too concerned about that warning that other people have mentioned about them being for seasonal or short-term use. They seem well made, and I imagine that warning is intended to protect the manufacturer from liability, and it's up to the consumer to exercise some common sense when using them. Of course, if I set off the sprinkler system in this building with them, I will be back to update this review.

Needed a new light for a miniature house in a Christmas scene and this did the trick. Can certainly find it cheaper at a big box retailer, but I was lazy and didn't want to go out to get it. The hardest part was figuring out what this particular cord was called.Works great, nice long cord and I didn't even pay attention to the fact it came with a bulb. Nice plus!

These single light replacement cords work great in the buildings of our Department-56 Dickens Village. We had no problems with the bulb fitting inside the buildings' holder area, and the length of the cord made it easy to connect with our village's extension cord. Heartland Valley did an excellent job packaging the product and quickly shipping our order. With the holidays fast approaching, our entire village once again looks like Christmas on a cold winter night.

I had several village buildings where the cords didn't work anymore, and couldn't find any locally for the last few years. I would tell my grandkids that those people were sleeping----or those stores were closed! These were very reasonable, and they work perfectly, as expected. Delivery was prompt, too. No complaints at all.

First item that arrived wasn’t working. I was very disappointed as I bought a lamp in Germany few weeks ago and coud’t wait to assemble it. I tried to return and I was told that this is from a third party. Within a few hours I received a response from the vendor apologizing and information that they are sending a new one! Within a few days I got a new replacement: I assembled my lamp and I enjoy it every day.The problem resolution was great. Customer service excellent. This is a small thing but important ☺️

What can I say about a single light system. This product is exactly what to order if you're replacing some "holiday houses" old lights that don't work any longer because of a bad switch or a blown fuse in the plug. Plug length is about six feet which is good for most applications.

I helped clean out a family friend's home and got to keep one thing. I saw this little ceramic owl tealight cover from the 70's that I absolutely fell in love with. I painted it turquoise and decided to make a night light out of it. This cord came in handy and I now have a lovely little turquoise owl night light. The price and quality of the cord and bulb were great. I was very impressed that it all arrived in one piece. Love it!!!

I bought this replacement light for a ceramic lighthouse I bought on the Oregon Coast. I assumed all cords of this kind (where the little nite light goes inside the ceramic and a clamp keeps it in there) were standard but apparently not. Now with the holidays I thought I'd set up the lighthouse only to discover this cord is too big and won't go into the hole. It would help if there had been measurements, like size of hole, on the box before I ordered it.
