Missing accessories
The media could not be loaded. Wanted to return as wall string holder and one 6ft pipe missing.It took many days to respond and meanwhile it is very essential since we have heavy rains. So our plumber brought one cloth hanger ( for wall clamp) and fixed 2pipes. It's total irresponsibility of the seller for not sending complete item.See the pictures

Don’t order from this seller
The media could not be loaded. I ordered two ceiling-mounted hangers. One is fine, but the other is of poor quality with very thin rods. Additionally, the part for holding the rope was missing, so I had to use a part from my old hanger. Very poor service.

Easy to assemble
The item arrived on 30th August 2023. Installed next day. Would like to provide a review after few months of usage.The item needs 24 screws for assembly. Surprisingly, seller missed 12 screws, sent inside only 12 instead, which I had to purchase while assembling, this is unfortunate, seller should be careful for next customers.
