First of all, shipping - it's surprisingly super-efficient! My belly ball was shipped the very same day I put the order in. On a Friday and I received it on Monday. How did the shipment sprint through here in the isolated Big Island of Hawaii is beyond me. Now that's out of the way, here's my review of the product:I originally purchased the belly ball for my husband because he has bloating, indigestion, stomach pain issues for years. It's so consistent that it's making him miserable. He's been taking Pepcid AC/Zantac/Tums and all other remedies you name it. His tummy looks swollen, tight, a big round of ball at all times and seems painful. This Monday when the ball arrived, I massaged my husband as per indicated by the instructions enclosed and after 10 minutes, he felt 10x better. When he got up, I saw a couple of his rectus abdominis and vertical lines along his obliques popped out! I kid you not. It's been there along but been covered or overwhelmed by air or gas. It's been 3 days now of massaging and he hasn't complained of bloating issues yet. I also tried the belly ball myself right after him because I've been having discomfort myself. I was having constipation and I think it's from higher intake of protein and from one supplement that I recently added to my diet. After 10 minutes or so, I ran to the restroom! I haven't pooped for 3days before that! It's like a compacted waste has been flushed out. And because I get so thirsty afterwards, I take it a sign of getting rid of build-up toxins.The belly ball to me is just the perfect tool for massaging. The density and softness of the ball takes massaging to a different level. It feels so much better to put pressure from the weight of the ball in it. Just touching and squishing the ball provide me a relaxing feeling; relieving my anxiety, too! The simple concept of this ball provides relief and harmony to the digestive tract. My only complaint is that I waited too long to buy this product.

Hi,Haven't had so much time to use it but when I have used it I can really feel the ball working everything out and I feel and look less bloated, Love it, have had a lot of problems with bloating so this is great and it's natural too which is even better. Plus the fact you can also use it for workouts. Can highly recommend this.

Okay, so I have to share!!! I was honestly a bit skeptical upon purchasing the belly ball. I expected it to be very similar to the exercise balls found in gyms (i.e. the hard plastic ones) and didn't think it was going to help much. Boy am I wrong!*note: left photo was right after I woke up in the morning and the right picture is after 20 minutes of using the belly ball*I am SO impressed with this belly ball! I can feel it massaging my stomach/intestines! It is so gentle yet so firm and effective! I have been using my belly ball for 4 days and it is so awesome! I can feel it getting rid of all the "air bubbles" in my stomach & it has been a WONDERFUL relief for my cramps!!You will NOT be disappointed when purchasing this! I wish everyone would buy it and experience the benefits!!!

My husband has a mobility ball for working knots on his back. It's hard and dense and I tried using it on my belly before I received my belly ball. The belly ball is way better for the purpose of stomach massage. Unlike the mobility ball, with the belly ball I do not have to apply pressure due to its 8 pound weight. It's heavy enough to do the job with just light guiding from my hands. Also the belly ball is very flexible and soft, and therefore gentler on your tender bloated areas than a hard rigid medicine ball or a mobility ball. Not to knock the mobility ball, or any other medicine ball. This belly ball works best for massaging your stomach. The plus is that you can also use it for some exercises, the way you could a regular med ball.Why would I want to massage my stomach you might wonder? Well sometimes I have gas that feels trapped and I like to help move things along. This ball has helped me to eliminate gas sooner than would've happened on its own, if I may be so blunt. I know I could do yoga or other stuff for the same purpose. But I can massage with the belly ball while laying on the sofa watching TV. When I feel bloated and gassy I only want to lay down, so this is a plus in my view.I gave it 4 stars because I searched for a free ship code before ordering and couldn't find it. Wouldn't you know, the moment I ordered it I saw the free ship code available again. Shipping should be free, period. This is (was) a $39 product and I've just come to expect free shipping as a given for ordering online. But for the $8.50 ship cost it was worth it to be able to expedite some of this gas and feel light as a bird.

Not worth your money. I have had mine not even 3 months and it already started to collect mold on the inside despite being filled with water and the tablets.

I have been wanting one of these belly balls for a few years now, and I finally made the purchase! I am very happy with how it helps my stomach feel. I have been using it in the morning and at night. It is relaxing, and it really is a great massage! Highly recommend getting this if you have tummy trouble!

Omg words can't even describe how glad I am that I made this purchase! Not to mention when I told Maria on instagram I was buying it she even messaged me back and asked how I was enjoying it! This product is amazing! Only downfall is it makes me sleepy lol. Not a bad thing. I fall asleep with the ball most nights. When I tell you how irregular and bloated I am on a regular basis I'm being honest. I might go 2-3 days without going and would use a laxative just to clear myself out. I've been using this since it arrived Friday and have gone every morning since. Sometimes even in the evening which is unheard of. Love it! Natural remedy and super easy to do!
