They work great
They work great with the Vacuvita. Will definitely purchase again and again.

I use it for sous-vide cooking
works well, but if you open and air-seal it you can only use it probably twice. Though when you first air-seal it you should have no problems or leakages (ive thrown it in a hot pot of water 30 times by now). It works well I like it.

They don't keep their seal long enough
I'm disappointed in this product. It doesn't keep their seal long enough. I tried it with onions, tomatoes, cookies and other food. The bags were both in the refrigerator or kept on the counter top.

Get them while you can
I really like the Vacuvita system. But I'm fairly certain that the company has gone out of business (do a search for Vacuvita and bankruptcy to check that. I also tried to email them via their website and only got an error). So if you have a Vacuvita and use these bags...get them while you can.They are similar in quality to other vacuum seal bags. However, they are proprietary and will not work with anything other than a Vacuvita. Some people have reported trouble with them not sealing but I've yet to experience that. I also don't really see them as particularly reusable, especially if you are using them for meat or other perishable items...they are just too hard to clean. So with all that said...I took off a star mainly because I feel like they are overpriced (at almost $1 per bag when I purchased them).But like I said...overall, I really like the whole Vacuvita system so I'll be buying these for as long as I still can.

The bags are not sealing
These bags will not vacuum seal. This is a replacement of the first order that did not vacuum seal.

Resealable does not equal reuseable.....
Whats the point of a resealable bag if you can't reuse it?!?! Terrible design for the vacuum seal that prevents additional uses. Literally a piece of thin plastic stuck TO the bag, not ON TO the bag. If the thin plastic piece was the sticky part then it could be replaced if the stickiness stopped, but instead the sticky part is on the bag itself which doesn't work right after the initial use with a vacuum / washing the bag. Bought these so I would not be throwing plastic into the landfill but guess what.... that is where they went.
