I ordered the Multivitamin for Woman, however, when the bottle arrived it had 2 labels. The original bottle label states that it actually is Multivitamin for Men, but the second label affixed on top says Multivitamin for Woman. I work part-time in retail, so I totally understand that things get mislabeled, but this is not a formula that will benefit me. I did reach out to Amazon and this is a non-refundable item, end of story. I then messaged Vitaman World directly 3 days ago and they have yet to even acknowledge that they are looking into my complaint/request.I understand that pharmaceuticals typically are non-refundable, however in this case I was sent the wrong item (even though it looks to be an honest mistake) and all I really want is the correct item.
