The hose is very flexible and does not leak on either end. Very pleased with the quality!

*Update*I changed the rating from 1 to 4 because I was especially impressed with their customer service. A customer rep reached out to me and informed me that the hose had a 2 year warranty and that they would send me a new hose. The hose arrived within two days of being shipped. At this point, I’m willing to chalk this up to a one-off issue.*Original*I really wanted to like this. And I did for a while. The hose was solid - didn’t kink. However, I noticed that recently the brass fitting kept getting loose and leak. Id tighten it and it’d stop. Then today, this happened. The brass fitting popped out. I tried to put it back in, but th me fitting popped out again. Really hoped this would last longer than it did. Now I’m questioning my Gorilla lead hoses.

Finding a rubber hose has been a challenge. Thought this was too good of a deal but it arrived today. Unrolled nicely the shut off was perfect when switching from nozzle to pressure washer then rolled up great after use and no kinks. Highly recommend!!

I am 63 so I have had lots of hoses... So here goes: I took it out of the box, then did minimal untwisting, but left like 10 twists in it and turned the water on. Then went all the way across lawn, about 80'... and the magic happened! This hose never got kinked and water flowed the entire time, even with those crazy packing twists in there! WOW. So much lighter and better than anything out there!

I wish I didn’t have an orange stripe running down it. Also, the hose kinks really weird. It has like bulges in random spots. I think it has to do with the fiberglass inside of it breaking in the hose, you can hear a crack when it’s bent then the bulge starts to form there. Also, the water that comes out of the hose is kind of milky and bubbly.It’s a super lightweight hose, maybe I just got a deformation?

I would have given it five stars but it seems like the hose ends could loosen if you’re not careful. I would have preferred the fittings to have been crimped to the hose permanently.
