Long covid fatigue
I'm giving them 4stars beacuse I don't know if they did anything but they may have significantly improved my fatiuge, they would get 5 if I could prove it was them. I bought these because I had long covid fatigue, previously very athletic. Reduced to being exhausted going up the stairs. I saw Oxford University has started a drug trial based on 6 amino acids. I thought I may as well try a full spectrum, can't hurt. I can't say 100% that it was these that did it but after 2weeks of taking them the fatigue lifted. The fatigue lasted around 15weeks and there was no improvement until I started taking the amino acids around week 13. It could be a coincidence but it's worth a try if nothing is working for you.

A must product!
Excellent product, really recommend! This is the second time I've purchased amino acids and have definitely felt an positive change from them. Will 100% continue to take these - would recommend for anyone on a restricted diet (i'm vegan) or needing or recovery from exercise. My body is now getting full amino acids, likely for the first time in its life! I've bought from YFT before, I love the zero plastic and the overall quality of product. Also, delivery gets top marks - well packaged and super quick.

A natural form of BCAAAs
These are flavourless and quite easy to swallow. I chose these as they seem far more natural than all the drinks/powders and BCAA concoctions out there. I think they do help with DOMs and muscle repair but that is perhaps more my perception than actual fact. However, I would definitely buy these again.

Good but it's missing Carnitine
It says it is full spectrum, but there is no carnitine so not completely true. A bit disappointed with that especially that carnitine metabolises fat, hence would be beneficial to many people.

Great product
Has a full range of amino acids including BCAAs and much more. I already use 'Your Fitness Tools' zinc, vitamin d3 complex and quercetin to supplement my diet. I Recommend all these products
