My ritual each morning is to make a latte. I have tried a wide range of the compatible brands of pods with very splotchy results where its quality of coffee, or the packaging not working well in my Nesspresso machine. I saw Rosso and what drew me to this was that it's not trying to be cheap. This isn't an attempt to lure you in by a low-low price. No! What grabbed my attention was the array and depth of the assortment provided. Eight different depths of flavor. Real coffee flavor - not artificially flavored novelty coffees but real, honest-to-goodness coffee. I am so impressed by the coffee that I'm a repeat customer. Let's talk the two most important aspects in purchasing a pod compatible with your machine: The quality of the coffee and the quality of the packaging of the pods. The coffee is first rate and delivers a satisfying cup of joe. You won't go wrong with Rosso. But it won't matter how good the coffee is if the pod doesn't have the right pressure. You know what I'm talking about. There has to be a pillow of air inside and enough pressure that the membrane yields slightly but isn't so tight coffee explodes everywhere when punctured for brewing. Rosso's pods are carefully packaged with the proper tension across the foil top sealing label. They are also fairly consistent without wild deviations in over-puffed or limply-sealed pods. This matters in how the coffee brews. Rosso delivers the goods in careful packaging. Lastly, they offer an opportunity to receive a ceramic mug perfect for enjoying a cuppa. I love mine. I pre-heat mine with hot water so that I can leisurely sip my cappuccino without it going cold. This is simply a classy company with an incredible product.

Great value. Quality flavor and seems fresh. Not quite as flavorful/intense as true nespresso brand but the cost saving is worth the small sacrifice. I use 6-8 shots per day so cost is a definite factor for me. Found all Rosso coffees to be consistent and more intense than most other brands.

Nicely packaged, arrived quickly. This is a very good product. I'm updating my review now that my husband and I have tried the pods. Lots of nice options to choose from with this company. I like all the flavors in the Intense Pack; very strong and flavorful coffee. Each variety has its own unique flavor and aroma. I'm not quite a "coffee snob", but I do like a strong and flavorful cup of coffee. My preference is for the fruity and chocolate-y types, so that's what I'll be trying next. I think they are close to Nespresso in quality. I'd say they're better than what we got from Nespresso, when we had a Vertuo machine. I like the original coffee better, and Rosso Caffe puts out a good product.

I own a small Italian restaurant and have tried quite a few brands for my nespresso original espresso maker. This brand has many different flavors and strengths. The coffee comes out rich and creamy regardless of which pod you select. The point is excellent as well. My customers love this coffee as much as i do!

I have not tried all four flavors yet. But the Meteorite pod lives up to the hype. It smells super good coming out. It has nice creama. It is strong, it should be at level 12. Not bitter until the very end when it cooled down. That happens. I will up date as I go through the box. The box by the way is very nice. Has an extra sleeve for protection. No pods should be damaged. I am glad this is a dark roast grouping , I like it that way. All day. Everyday. Second try, Amethyst, (10) smelled burnt :( Good creama. Has an off , kinda sour taste. Meh. Third try, Obsidian, (11) nice aroma. Easy flavor. Good creama. 👍🏼 Fourth try, Ruby, (10) mild aroma, slight chemical smell? Good creama. A fairly good cup of Joe. Conclusion, you get what you pay for. If you are a coffee snob like me, it will cost you to have a consistent cup of coffee.
