Best lambswool wash mitt i have used in the car business in the last 15 years
Any old school detailer or car restorer or old time body shop guy will tell you pure lambswool is the best tool for detailing your cars paint. Let are not lying to you. I am in auto sales and auto detailing I have tried so many different brands and products over the years. This is the best lambswool mitt I have ever owned. Cleans the paint nicely and DEFIENTLY does not scratch. You have to keep the surface of the mitt clean so you don't scratch the paint and thats for anything you use to wash your car. Always start from top to bottom. Now when your done cleaning your car rinse it clean from dirt with hose then put a quarter size of baby shampoo lavender free scrub it around in the lambswool then rinse with hose let it air dry for about 30 min then store in a zip lock bag. This will prolong the life of this pure lambswool wash mitt.

I was a professional detailer for 10+ years. This is the best wool wash mitt I've used.
There are a lot of glowing reviews on this mitt. I support the sentiment that this is a top-tier mitt.I detailed cars professionally for over a decade. I now enjoy detailing as a hobby. With the rise in microfiber since the late 90s, one thing has remained the same. Lambswool wash mitts are unbeatable.I was taught early on that you should pick your wash mitts like you pick your fruit. I used to travel to various auto parts stores, Target, Walmart, and so on. There were times where I would pick 10 mitts off the rack and buy none. For whatever reason, the batch was too tough and the knap was too coarse. With the rise in online shopping, I moved to purchasing online. It's a gamble. The tried and true option is from Mother's. I stumbled upon this brand a couple of years back. I thought the price was aggressive, but then again, the cost for real wool mitts has gone up quite a bit over the years. Could this thing be worth double what Mother's mitt costs? The answer is "yes." It is that good.I have a number of friends and acquaintances that come to me for detailing and product advice. This has officially moved into my #1 position.I love that it is big and super fluffy. The knap is a great length. The fibers are nice and soft. After more than two years, with a couple of uses per month, it is still being used on paint (older ones get retired to wheels and wells). It hasn't broken apart and left pieces of wool and leather lodged in emblems. This is a durable, soft, high-quality mitt. From time to time, they go out of stock here. You can get them for the same price on their website. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this wash mitt. It is better than a microfiber mitt or horsehair brush. And amongst lambswool mitts, everything else is second place. Be sure to follow the top poster's tips on proper cleaning and storage if you want it to last.

Have used lambswool wash mitts for years and this one ranks right up there with the best!
I've used lambswool wash mitts for years after a top-end car restorer told me that washing with lambswool was one of his cleaning secrets. They hold an amazing amount of washing liquid and makes for an extremely gentle way to wash a car (plus being very effective).Good quality lambswool mitts are not cheap and over the years I have gone through quite a few. No matter what, all such mitts will deteriorate and begin to lose wool pieces over time, but some do hold up better than others. This is my first time with this particular brand and it ranks up there with the best that I have had over the years. It is high-quality, well constructed, and is the perfect amount of density vis-a-vis the lambswool material. I use a two-bucket system (one with washing liquid mix, and a second with just water that is used to release any dirt and contaminants, then back into the bucket with the car washing liquid mix) and this mitt works well at releasing dirt and then absorbing a ton of washing liquid for use on the car. I can't assess how long this mitt will last but so far (after about five washes), it is holding up great. This is a great mitt and well worth the price.Thank you!

Works Well But Doesn't Last
I purchased this about 9 months ago. It works great and is as described, and it gave me confidence to wash my new car without unknowingly rubbing grit into the paint. I used it with a gentle high-end car wash soap and rinsed it thoroughly with plain water and hang-dried it after every use. Now the wool has started to come out in large clumps as I use it. At this rate, I don't expect it to be useable but for a few more times. I was happy with it until it started falling apart after routine occasional use in under a year. I would have expected a wash mitt for this price to hold up longer.

Great product but wool not the best for black paint for sure.
Sheep wool does leave micro lines in paint. Dont care what anyone says it does. Highl quality microfiber wash towels work better.

Don't waste your money
Product is very plush and soft and gives you the impression it will last forever. I have probably used it a dozen times since I bought it and it is falling apart. It is shedding the wool all over my car/motorhome and the cement while I'm washing the car or motorhome. it is getting in my water bucket and down the drain into my septic tank, before I realize it was falling apart. I wish I could get my money back as this is an expensive item.

It's big and soft
This mitt is big enough to actually get your hand in comfortably, it may be too big for small hands though. This mitt is also the absolute, best made wash mitt that I've owned.I've used it once, it's a little heavy when saturated, but the amount of soap and water that is transferred with the mitt is considerable. From initial appearance, with care, this mitt should last years and years. recommend.

The best wash mitt ever!
I use wash mitts every time I wash my vehicles. This is by far the best one yet. Very soft and easy to clean after each use. They even have added a rope in which you can hang it to dry out. Much better that the ones I have seen at the auto parts stores..
