It's just OK. You're better off with KT Tape which seems to be of sturdier material. The biggest drawback to this product is the amount of residue it leaves on your skin - it's way too much.

you must have these in every medical kit! they work and are amazing!

Good solid support from this product

my wrists are weak to the point where I can't even do a push up. With this tape it has given me enough support that I am able to do pushups again! Thank you Wuju Fitness!

U live this tape. Stays on without irritating my skin and very helpful for minor aches.
