This product is relatively easy to install and works as advertised. As mentioned in other reviews it does NOT come with any installation instructions, and the instructions provided as part of the product description are incomplete and misleading. Issues I found include:- the hole in my sink was too small and had to be drilled out- the nut that attaches the faucet to the sink does NOT come with finger wings, so it can only be tightened with a tool. Luckily I had a deep socket that was long enough, no way to get a wrench in to tighten it. The original had finger wings on the nut, but of course the stem diameter and threads were different, so I couldn't re-use it.- the kit comes with 3 O-rings, it takes a few minutes to figure out where they go. To help: one is for the bottom the base, the other two are used on the stem where it screws into the base. The smaller goes into the base hole, the 2nd goes around the stem.- the 1/4 inch tubing is connected to the stem via a quick-connect coupler. Just make sure to fully seat both ends, when pushing t together! When pushing the larger end in on the stem, you should hear two clicks.

The faucet was delivered as pictured and described in the Amazon listing. The base diameter is smaller than the standard sized hole. Because of this I had to scavenge parts from my old filter faucet to make this new one fit and functional - otherwise it would have fallen straight through the hole. I have installed three filter faucets and this is the first one to not include instructions. Granted there isn't much to it, but the little blue C-rings on the hose connector were puzzling: as they are removable; were they necessary to a successful installation or were they temporary - what is the purpose. Other couplings I have installed, like this one, have no such C-ring - confusing.

Quality Faucet. Feels very durable. Has been in use over 1 month & works great. Easy to install for all Do It Yourself enthusiast. Very satisfied.

The handle was loose when I received it. On closer inspection it appears the threads between the allen screw and handle had been partially stripped; I suspect I received a returned item. This could be a weak point in the design of this faucet, as the allen screw is short and only grabs several threads on the handle. I see lots of this same design being sold on Amazon by various vendors, and this could become an issue for many over time. I returned it and bought a different design from another vendor.

Purchased this item based on good reviews on Amazon. Once I received the item, installed it, and start using it for a few days, I want to share my mixed experience:1) There is no instruction whatsoever - I had installed my previous drinking water faucet so for me it was no big deal but for people without experience this could be a pain point.2) The metal plate and rubber washer that came with the faucet is one size too small for the standard hole I have; so I had to buy my own metal plate and rubber washers from Lowes in order to get it installed on my kitchen sink. So DO read the specifications carefully if available and check your sink hole size before you place order..3) The faucet itself seems well built and good metal quality. Initially I had my water supply line opened all the way and that seemed to cause slight leak; but after I tuned down the water pressure (by not fully opening the shutoff valve) the problem goes away.After 2.5 years of normal use, the faucet started leaking and the water slowly dripping out from the nozzle. I wrote to the vendor sometimes ago and got no response. So I decided to update this review and share my true evaluation of this product.

I bought this faucet almost a year ago. being lazy not install it until today... found out the end of the adapter which connects the stem did not click. it can pull out easily, the other end could not pull out. And sure it leaks badly that I have to shut down the whole system.

Installed with new faucet also obtained on Amazon. Works fine and foesn’t Leak

Seems to function well however if you have a standard 1 3/8 hole in your sink this valve will not work. It would be nice if it had an escutcheon to go along with it so it could be used to cover a standard hole in most kitchen sinks.
