For the PA500 version (with the lumbar support, I'm just not using it) first impressions are great. The foam padding seems much better quality than the other benches I looked at, Its nice and firm seems to keep its shape and not too soft to where the vinyl gets all messed up. Very sturdy out of the box, easy to assemble, the adjustable knobs on the bottom of the legs help level the whole thing out. I will update this review if it becomes less sturdy over time. The only downside Id say is the size of the gap between the seat is bigger than most other benches but its not a deal breaker and can be filled with a rolled up towel or piece of foam during use. Bench folds down nicely and fits under the bed. Overall 5 stars, delivered on time and packaged very well. Perfect for home gym.

I like the bench. It’s sturdy , good width and slightly lower height I think. Fairly easy to put together. I give this 4 stars. It’s not so easy to use decline. You need to be very fit . The piece that you put your feet under to hold yourself is usable but this is not professional gym quality. Abs and decline presses are challenging enough…. This is not a great support. This is where I am disappointed. Because the description pictures make it look easier than it is.

This is a great bench for a home gym!!! It came very well packaged and super easy to assemble. Everything actually feels like it's made of quality materials. You could compare it to actual benches in the gym. It's adjusts perfect for all my needs, inclind, decline and fully 90 degrees with ease. I really don't see myself using the fold up feature but it works well and is a nice feature if needed. My only complaint and I mean only.. Would have to be the lumbar support. I wanted to appreciate the pad cause I do have slight back issues but unfortunately the pad is pretty hard and a bit too bulky to use properly. And it is optional you can take it on and off very easy. It's held on with a velcro strap. That's my ONLY complaint.. I've done all types of exercises on it and NOT once did I feel shakey or wobbly. I love this bench!!! I highly recommend it!!!

I have to admit that I was skeptical when buying this, but it's turned out to be a great bench. The problem we had with our last bench was that the seat part could not be put up at an angle when doing incline, so it would be easy to slide off the bench. This fixed that. It's sturdy and wider than our last bench too and easy to move. Overall, a much better option. Been happy with is so far and definitely recommend.

Pin selectors are convenient as they are tightly fastened for a secure safe platform without bolt slippage giving the trainer confidence and durability to withstand intense sessions. I concluded the model for its convenience, collapsible design, incline and decline range, removable foot hook, and headrest, or lower arch pillow for comfort. I shopped long and hard for quality gym equipment as a veteran trainer I chose quality affordable equipment, and I'm satisfied this bench will stay with me for years as an essential tool in my fitness goals. Amazing all-round bench, seemingly has all the features you could want: Easily adjustable with the twist and lock mechanism, no need to put the bench on its side to adjust and not risking it moving out of place mid-set like some other benches Back wheels to manoeuvre without having to pick it up Adjustable feet pads which some of the more 'commercial' benches often leave out but I actually use Compact size, no bits sticking out either (i.e. feet pads are same width as bench) is all very sleek. Perfect for smaller home gyms Love the sleek black look and it folds down so can be easily tucked away where space is a commodity Super easy to put together with spanner included, took me 10 minutes total to get all the bits out and assemble. The lumbar support pad is probably the only unnecessary thing - but I'm going to use it as something to kneel on when doing certain cable exercises so still serves a purpose

Arrivato puntuale, imballato perfettamente,si monta in pochi minuti. Ad un primo utilizzo mi è sembrata un'ottima panca, stabile e con sufficienti angoli di inclinazione. Per un utilizzo domestico è ottimale. Si ripiega in un attimo e occupa davvero poco spazio.

Le banc est de bonne qualité et le réglage du dossier et du siège ce font facilement grâce aux manettes.

The product came undamaged, No scratches/dents and the box was in perfect condition. Easy to assemble, just a couple pins to drop in. Sturdy enough for a 230 pound male to bench press 215. No creaking or wobbling. Haven’t gone past that but it feels solid enough for at least 300. The leg rest cannot be locked in a position, but feels solid when using it for decline sit-ups. It can be folded but it’s a pretty large bench, I don’t see why anyone would fold it and store it along with whatever weights and barbells might be getting used. Seems like more of a packaging convienience than a needed feature. Wheels are very smooth and easy to move around. The removable back rest is a good addition, haven’t used it on the bench, but it has been useful as a general piece of gym equipment. My only con is it’s very easy to false set a position, where the pin hasn’t properly aligned with the hole, make sure to double check you’ve locked the position before adding weights. That’s it, great home bench. Highly recommend!

Heute aufgebaut. Kinderleicht. Tolle Qualität. Stabil und sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Was die Chinesen mittlerweile produzieren bei diesem Preis ist beängstigend. Klare Empfehlung.
