Liked the appearance but its not good quality according to the price

I’m so so disappointed with my order. Firstly, the necklace came in English even though this was advertised to be an Arabic necklace (also I literally wrote the Arabic name I wanted letter by letter when ordering). Secondly, the necklace didn’t even have the correct name on it! Isn’t that the BARE MINIMUM?! Thirdly, I received the name pendant by itself, no chain was found in the package at all.This was a complete waste of time, you are better off ordering from someone else and not this incompetent business.
