Plant Therapy Pink Himalayan Salt Inhaler w/Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt

I bought this salt inhaler for my mother, who has chronic lung issues. She has had it now for about two weeks. So far she really likes it. I think with long term use she will see even greater health benefits.Here is her experience so far:Her first impression of the salt inhaler was that it was too simple to do her any good. When I told her she just needed to put the inhaler in her mouth, then breath in through her mouth and out through her nose, That's it nothing more, she thought it seemed sily. She didn't believe it could make a difference.Her first use she used the inhaler continuously for 15 minutes. She immediately started coughing crud up out of her lungs. Seriously, that quick , one 15 minute use. She also said her chest felt different.She has now been using it for 2 weeks. Some days a once a day straight shot of 14 minutes other days she splits it up into 3 5 minute sessions. The first week she coughed up A Lot of crud. Now she isn't coughing up as much, but says her lungs feel more clear. She says she feels like she breathes easier. This is saying A lot for someone who was very skeptical that something si simple could make a difference in her health.I am really impressed with this Himalayan salt inhaler. If she feels a true differecne after just 2 weeks of use, I can only imagine the difference it will make for my mother with continued use.Plant Therapy's Himalayan salt lamp is definitely money well spent!!

So surprised! I'd been having problems with just this extremely thick seeming mucus that was causing me to cough--a lot!--and even sometimes to choke while eating. And of course it affected my breathing which was just so frustrating because I'm a very active outdoors kind of person. So aggravating to be involved in physical activities that you enjoy and dealing with this constant cough and tickle in the throat.And this had been going on for months. I'd tried several different things before taking a chance on the salt inhaler. I didn't really look for it to help much but kept coming back to it and reading about it. Finally broke down and bought one.It came in and I sat down that night and started using it the way the directions said. Let me tell you, rarely have I felt so stupid. I mean, you can't even taste the salt. So I'm just sitting there doing this stupid thing and thinking I've been suckered for certain but determined to give it a fair shot because I really don't like the feeling of being suckered. So hoping I was wrong about that, I decided to puff this nothing pipe faithfully for a week or two just in case it might have some little positive effect before tossing it as a loss.So anyway, the next morning after receiving the inhaler I was in the floor doing my normal morning workout and my husband walks in and sits down with his coffee. After a few minutes he asked me if I could tell any difference in my breathing. I was like...wait. Oh wow...I sat up and told him I hadn't even thought about it that morning until he said something but then realized that I wasn't coughing , my throat wasn't tickling and my breathing was easy.I was so pleasantly surprised. Still can't believe it. It's been less than a week since and I'm walking on cloud nine because the problem I'd been having is no more.Would not call it a miracle product because I don't really believe in those but for me personally it is a God send. I can now do my workouts, two mile daily walks and ride my horses again without sounding like I have asthma or a serious smoker's cough...pretty amazing to me.Definitely recommend but can't say how well or how quickly it might help someone with a known serious lung condition. I just know that it will get rid of an excess mucus kind of post nasal drip problem in a hurry.

I am writing this review as soon as I have finished using the inhaler because I am amazed with the result.My asthma is occasional, but when it strikes, it does it hard! I had suffered from asthma as a child but it was gone after the age of 10. Then it came back at the age of 37. The first time it happened, 4 years ago, I would have died (literally) in a hotel; fortunately the front desk had an oxygen machine (and the manager put me immediately on it) and the ambulance arrived in less than 4 minutes.This time I went on travel and brought my Albuterol inhaler with me (just in case, as usual) but not a therapy machine, because I was fine. But two days ago I suddenly got asthma. I used the Albuterol inhaler but it was not helping me this time and yesterday I was starting to feel the same sensation I had 4 years ago. Last night I was feeling so bad that I didn't dare to fall asleep because I was afraid I could die.I am alone in a hotel where I don't have easy access to a doctor's office, or to a pharmacy, to get a prescription and a therapy machine. But Amazon could ship me this salt inhaler with next day delivery. So, I ordered it last night and it arrived this morning.After the first 15 minutes of use I felt my lungs CLEAR. I feel much better than I normally feel after using the therapy machine... and without the hyper sensation I get with Albuterol. After how I was feeling last night, this feels like a miracle! I wish I had known this product before. From now on I will never travel without it. I just ordered two more for my nephews, who also suffer from asthma.
