This is an interesting idea that is worth a try. It might be just what some people are looking for. But I found it to be only mediocre in supporting a sweet taste. The taste is a bit "off" to me and was not what I considered to be pleasant.

Fabulous alternative to sugar. We will be steady customers.
Fabulous alternative to sugar. No aftertaste. I use it in coffee and tea. It is at this point a little expensive to use in baking. I am looking forward to larger packages and lower prices. Until then I will still buy Stir because I like the taste better than the others who use artificial ingredients in their product. Thank you Stir for creating this product.
