I have insomnia and I have a hard time finding natural products that work for me. I thought I would give this a try, and it seems to work a little bit. I added around 1 teaspoon to hot water and it doesn't taste the greatest this way. I added a little lemon and a bit of honey, and that helped with the taste. I will definitely keep using this since it helps a little, maybe I will try a little bit more.

Have used Zao for several years. Has a calming effect. This seems to be a quality product even in powder form I just placed on my tongue and swallow with water. Better to take about an hour before wanting to sleep.

Good but small amount for the price

I've been trying 1 teaspoon in 8oz of hot water at night. I don't like the taste this way, so I plan to back it off to 1/2 teaspoon and use it as an additive to smoothies, etc. As for the effects, it does provide deeper sleep for dreaming, i.e., perhaps more REMs for a deeper dream state (just speculating). I'm not feeling any more rested in the morning though. So, I'm not clear on the benefits yet. But it's early and I'm still evaluating. I'll provide an update later.

It works so well for me I have insomnia went from stay awake all night to sleep all night without waking up even once only take me 3 days drinking this absolutely will buy again
