Current USA Orbit Marine IC PRO 36-48" Inch Dual LED Saltwater Reef Marine Aquarium Light | 24 Hour IR Lighting & eFlux Wave Pump Control | Adjustable Color Spectrum for Fish Tank (4226)

I was a bit skeptical of this light due to mixed reviews and the limited information/formal reviews I could find online. Let me clarify - this light is AWESOME, it is 100% adjustable, easy to adjust and it will grow and sustain coral as well. I initially did not adjust the light colors - (very easy to do with remote) but was under the impression the factory settings were already set. Adjust the settings! Too much red and green light will grow algae. My preferred settings now are as follows and are working Excellent: My Sunrise/Sunset: (Red=74%, Green=9%, Blue=76%, White=5%). My Daylight: (Red=75%, Green=29%, Blue=100%, White=67%). The daylight comes on 90 minutes after sunrise and runs for about 8 hours. My Moonlight: (Red=0%, Green=0%, Blue=8%, White=%). Again - This is a PHENOMAL light and easily adjusted all on one remote. What I originally thought was a complicated setup couldn't be any easier. Search for the setup on you tube and its super easy. I am not using the wavemakers, just lights. I'm silly and ALWAYS read reviews prior to purchasing items but I don't hardly ever leave reviews, this light has convinced me I needed to share the information to others. I originally purchased the 48" dual orbit strip pictured and have just recently upgraded to the dual 72" strips. I honestly couldn't be happier. I hope they last for years as I've only had them for a few months now.

I have had these for a while and I like them. Plenty of light. You will appreciate the ease of adding power heads. I set it to random clouds 10% of the day and it shakes things up and looks cool. They do stay on for a long time with moonlight and I would prefer to be able to determine for how long but the fish do not seem to mind. I don't think they like pitch black. Had some issues with the brackets and they are not cheap but eventually got there. Emailing them is hopeless though.

I purchased 2- 72’ light and pump systems. One light came broken and it was quickly replaced. Worked great until recently as it started to flicker. I have had the system for about 5 years. The pumps I have tried numerous times to like. They work great until you touch them. If they stop working in the tank, it’s usually because you didn’t clean them. If you clean them then you are touching them. So they will not work. Too much pain! Love the lights hate, the built in pumps.

I have been running the old orbit pro’s on my traditional 55 gallon reef tank. I don’t pride myself on a large tank, but my tank is clean. Water parameters are perfect for the most part. Protein skimmer, hang-on media reactor refrugium, and canister filter.I can go on about the tank but this review is about the lights.Dude.... just Dude. These lights rock. They come programmed with a 12 hour timer that starts at 0700 and ends at 1800. You can set your time accordingly but I didn’t want to risk it. I set the timer to match when I wanted it to come on (10am.)I did this because of the sunset/moonlight program that is automatically set. Let me just say this.I am super happy. Stoked even. I had NO idea how beautiful my coral was at this time.My blue squamosa clam is amazing! The donut coral quickly rivals the Acan.Even the frog spawn looks magestic.I should specify that I have a traditional 55 gallon tank with two 48” orbit IC pro’s sitting 7” above the water using the orbit tank mounts

The lights work for me at first I don’t have demanding corals. My bubble tip anemone seems fine just moved to the top of the rock work. I liked the concept of the loop system. But the display quit working after a few months so it’s a guessing game on what the lights and fans are set to. Tried calling the company always get voice mail no matter the time of day or department I try to call. I’ve left several messages with no reply back. So I guess my warranty means nothing. Also when I upgraded to the 55 to a 125 the light brackets no longer fit. So I have to ether custom make a new bracket since they make no option for bigger tanks. So no brackets for bigger tanks. And no customer support. I have to give this a one star for that reason alone. Save your money. There better light choices out there

Perfect lighting, using for malawi cichlids aquarium and it looks amazing!!!

I like the fact that they are slim 4 ft fixtures, without cooling fans, that I was able to mount to the top of my enclosed canopy. They're extremely bright in my 75 gallon tank. I like the ramp up, and down, from sunrise to daylight and back down through sunset to moonlight. I love the storm features from clouds passing to storm with lightning. I'm extremely pleased with this light so far, but it's only been in operation one month, so I can't say how well it operates long-term yet.

These light have made a huge difference in my 175G reef. Programming them is super easy and has allowed me to tailor the color spectrum that's best for my tank.The seller is awesome as well The lights shipped right away and arrived quickly at a time when all shipping was delayed due to the pandemic. I started having an issue with controller after about two months. I contacted the seller and they had a new controller & remote shipped to me ASAP!I highly recommend this light and am more than pleased with the seller!
