Snap Hoop Monster for Baby Lock/Brother (4" x 4") Magnetic Embroidery Hoop for Machine Embroidery

Pinched the skin on my left thumb between the two magnet frames of the 5x7. Terrible feeling as they are very strong and had to pull apart one handed. It has been a learning curve and now I am able to sandwich the stabilizer between the the 2 pieces of frame. Even ordered one in the 4x4 size and plan on ordering the 6x10

This is the perfect size when embroidering ready made tshirts and using in small spaces. The magnet really holds on tight …thus watch your fingers when attaching so you don’t get pinched.I also have the large hoop for my machine. I use it mostly to do edge to edge quilting. It’s about 6 years old now and holing up great..

It holds the stabilizer and fabric so much better than other hoops. My machine works better. The thread doesn’t break as much.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this after getting a new machine and recently tried it. It won't even stay together. There's no magnetic attraction at all. See video. I feel like I was duped and wasted my money.

Although the device has a stronger hold, the items being embroidered can shift when removing the hoop from the embroidery machine. Also due to the sides being higher than normal, you may not get a “true” hoop size. Overall, though I do like this product
