This doll is amazing! The limbs are a soft and flexible material, not at all stiff/hard plastic like your traditional store bought baby doll. For example, her fingers can be gently bent, which would not be possible with a typical doll. The hair rooting is decent, though pretty noticeable at the hair line. I will say, the hair used is so soft! I've never felt a baby doll's hair so soft before. This is a wonderful middle ground between your usual, less realistic, & stiff/hard plastic baby doll & a real silicone reborn (which would cost 100s-1000s of dollars). This doll is made from a vinyl material which is again a wonderful middle ground. She fit newborn onesies we had on hand pretty snug but they were difficult to get on, 0-3 was a good size and easier to get on, a little tiny bit loose around the neck (the bright pink sleeper in my review pictures is a 0-3). She came with a cute sleeper (we chose the pink option), a diaper already on, a headband, rattle toys, bottle, magnetic pacifier, and birth certificate. Her entire body is stuffed cloth and the weighted beads are all at the bottom area. I used a kitchen scale to weigh the doll and she came out to 2 Ibs and 6 oz. The weight definitely gives the doll a more realistic feel, though I wish the weight was distributed evenly or more centered. Her eyelashes were also cut unevenly so one side is a little shorter than the other. Overall couldn't be happier with this doll, it has minor imperfections but for the price it is beyond worth what you get!! It's an early birthday present for my daughter and she is absolutely in love with her baby 'Rose'. I included a video hopefully showing how soft and realistic this doll is :)

She is REALLY tiny! I made her weigh 4.5 lbs and that’s all I thought would be believable at her size. My other Aori doll, that was listed as the same size as this one, is larger by a couple of inches and the limbs are more like a newborn. This one is definitely preemie! Beautiful though!!! I wish it was a little bigger but, I’m always happy with my Aori dolls :)
