The front of the pad holds two strategically placed memory foam inserts. These fill the area right below the withers, which often causes fit problems. The Perfect Balance Pad also accommodates optional rear risers, as well as Full Visco-Elastic Panels to protect the entire back if needed. All inserts are removable.
