Extremely too tiny, it’s small enough to swallow and not have to go to the hospital for. Only thing right was the thread. I needed this for my back surface piercings. It would’ve went right through my skin. Not advertised correctly.

Only half fit the size Others were to large or to small

I don’t have a tool to put my dermal tops on so I just use my fingers but these are so tiny and hard to grip, can’t even use them!

I have bought 4 or 5 of these packs because I wear the black cross on my face and I’ve loved them for years. It fell out so I ordered another entire pack for just the black cross. The cross would not screw on at all. Then bought a pack last week and it tightens with the cross upside down. So I bought another pack the other day and again the cross is upside down. I never had this issue with this company before. But it is suppose to thread and tighten with the cross being up and down correctly based on how the base of the dermal is placed under the skin:/ now I can’t even wear it. What has changed when making them??

I really really wanted the crosses but the threads make them upside down.

Wish there was a way to know what size hole we have. None of them fit or I have to get a tool to install.

I pierce professionally, lost my own gem so I got these as a replacement. Almost cost me my dermal plate (imagine that), because every single one would try to cross threads or just wouldn't go all the way in. Huge space left between jewelry and face/arm. Save yourself the cash and buy quality.
