I have been looking into trying beef tallow cream for my skin and I came across these pills. I'm on my second bottle and I can see a huge improvement. I was breaking out, more than I like, and that has pretty much gone away. There's no taste to these. Good price. Happy with my purchase

I take these daily with UltraNutrient daily vitamins - best to take vitamins with some healthy fats for better absorption. Hair skin and nails are improving, and I’ve had dry brittle nails for decades. Finally the nails beds are a pretty color, hair is shinier and skin isn’t as saggy or wrinkly. I suggest starting small and add capsules weekly or monthly. I just take 2 a day.
