I've been using this chair for over a week now and it has met my expectations quite well.The product was delivered within 2 days of ordering and assembly was done by experts for 299 rupees in about 10 mins.The chair has some good features like adjustable height for seat and armrest and the lumbar support is good. The chair tilts 10-15 degrees easily when I lean back and upto 45 degrees at maximum.I can sit for hours comfortably and work without any issues. This is a heavy-duty chair and bears my weight (100+ kgs) easily.

Overall it's a very good chair at this price point. Both the rotation and the movement of the wheels is very smooth.I bought this chair about a month ago, and haven't faced any major issues so far.I would give it a 4.7, but obviously Amazon only allows in numerals.Why 4.7? Well it still has a few places it can improve. Note that I am comparing it to Steelcase Leap which retails for 94k inr without headrest and 100k inr with headrest. That's what we have at office.Okay so the pros first: very comfortable seat and back with very good reclining. The build quality in all parts is very sturdy. The wheels glide like butter, sometimes a bit too smoothly. The steelcase one is just the right amount in wheel movement. Changing the backrest stiffness is a bit challenging, but I have seen all the chairs below 20k have the same mechanism. The steelcase one has it to the side.Now cons/improvements: the arm rest is a bit short in comparison to steelcase and the rubber pads on top are also a bit rougher. The arm rest wobles a bit because of the vertical adjustment it provides. Maybe sleep company can try to improve on that? But comparative to the cellbell Taurus which retails for around 6k, this is a big upgrade in all aspects, the pros and cons are both way better in this one.Maybe if you are looking at a cheaper chair like cellbell, try to increase your budget if possible. My friend got the cellbell before I bought this one, so I got to know it's deficiencies before hand. Now he rarely uses his chair.

The finish quality of this chair is nowhere near where it should be. The steel legs that hold the wheels have extremely sharp edges and they look welded by a person who was in extreme hurry. The assembly of the chair is also not an easy task, as the screws wouldn’t fit in the grooves provided as everything was out of alignment. Be prepared to spend at least an hour assembling this if you’re going to assemble it yourself. I had to keep adjusting all the parts just to ensure that the screws were locked in properly.Coming to the mobility of the chair, that isn’t great either - the arm rests keep getting stuck and then refuse to move. So you can say that the lock functionality is great - just not so much for the person using the chair.There smart grid technology that is touted as a game changer wasn’t much to speak about either. In conclusion, this chair is not worth the price. You can get chairs better than this and with great finishing for 5-6K in the local markets. I wouldn’t pay more than 2-3k for this chair specifically considering the bad finishing and how it looks on the underside- as if it has been chewed up by a lawn mower or something. Also, the sharp edges are very dangerous- for the user, kids and pets.Better go for an established brand like Featherlite or Royal Oak. I can’t return this item, so I’ll use it till it falls apart- which should be in another 3-4 months. That’s how bad the quality is.
