Broken box
The box is broken and screw is not fixed properly. Unfortunately I had no other option to give it as a present to my niece on her dua e khair and not time to return but was not a good experience

The package is good, but the velvet box itself was damaged and it was a shock
Apart from the package was so good, the velvet box was covered with a cling film and bubble wrapped, the velvet box has a damage at one corner, so the the material is chipped off. Unfortunately, I can not return it because it is a present for Ramadan and I don’t have time.
