Bronson Longjack Tongkat Ali Extra Strength, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

This stuff was like a super antidepressant for me, way better than any Rx. Huge improvement in mood, mental clarity, energy and libido. I am 70yo male. Was planning to take it forever, however it caused my colitis to flare up in a bad way so I had to discontinue. I read a few reports of diarrhea from longjack but not very often. I also noticed more aggressiveness and risk-taking as well as insomnia. Overall I would have surely continued taking it if were not for my colitis issue. I also noticed that when I stopped taking any prostate supplement that lowered DHT (Austrian pumpkin seed oil) my mood improved. I had read about post-finasteride syndrome, with symptoms of severe depression, fatigue, and dementia. Thank God I never went on Proscar. This syndrome is potentially irreversible. Do a pubmed search for yourself. I take an alpha-blocker (Uroxatral) and that is it for my prostate. Be careful messing with your hormones and that includes longjack.

I needed to boost my testosterone so I can gain some lean muscle mass. Stacked some beet root powder with it. Good results.

Everything seems to be as advertised. I never had it tested to be sure but as far as consistency and overall value with most Bronson products. I recommend it. Most vitamins recommend way to much per daily use but this one is right on point with what an average male should have.

Have been using seem to help

I'm just trying Longjack for the past few months and I can definitely feel a real effect. Definitely seems to be an increase in testosterone, very similar to test P or similar I've used a few times in the past. I'm 49 years old and trying to get back into the shape I was 10 years ago. I feel like a younger man when I take these with lots more energy, more desire to work out, and definitely higher libido. Of all the supplements I've tried for testosterone production, this is without a doubt the best. Almost too good to be true. I also take DIM daily as an aromatase inhibitor and to regulate the estrogen in my body in general. The combo seems to work well. BTW, I also take prescription Pramipexole for RLS which would help with excess prolactin to also guard against possible gyno from increased testosterone I seem to be getting from this Longjack supplement. For an older guy like me, these make me feel so young and strong that they're kind of addicting. Also a great value as one bottle lasts me at least a month at two capsules a day.

No real noticable difference. Had no effect on my blood work.
