Make a Plate and More - Easy Craft Project Kit

Absolutely love these plates. We buy one for each of our children every year on their birthdays, so we have an amazing collection of their artwork permanently preserved in a practical way as they grow up! The plates arrive gorgeous, bright, and durable! The kit includes a paper to draw your design on, a pack of markers, and your code for your plate to be delivered. We often give these as gifts as well, and they are always a hit!!

This product offers you the opportunity to make life long memories. I made these plates initially over 30 years ago and my kids still remember them. Now, with two new grandchildren, I want to create those memories for them. The template seems a little smaller than before but I am hoping for the same sized plate. I have been thrilled with this company, what they offer and the products they put out.

If you are a planner, like myself, then this is a great gift. It takes a good 2 months to complete, so you need to be doing it NOW in October for Christmas gift. Once you buy this kit, you complete your design on the paper included with the markers included. After that you upload your document to their website and use your code to order the product. You do have to pay about $5-6 USD for shipping, and then wait for your item to be delivered. The plates we made for Grandparents are really sweet. I look forward to doing this again in a few years once our child is older.

UPDATE: Perhaps it is worthwhile to take the time to leave a review because here we are 2 days later, and I just got an email yesterday that my plate was miraculously completed AND had shipped! So I will increase my rating stars because the product itself is actually good, just the customer service not so much. I am sure post-Covid (will there be such a time??) this won't be an issue any longer.The plates are actually pretty awesome. They are durable, microwaveable, dishwasher friendly. I have one made every year and gift it to grampa. Eventually, we will get them all back and it will be fun to see the plates year after year. We have some at home, too. Everyone fights over those plates because they are just so awesome and unbreakable!HOWEVER THIS YEAR PLEASE NOTE: They are ridiculously backed up due to COVID. This is understandable, but at the time I bought this, their website did not, and nor did my confirmation email, contain any information telling me just how backed up they are. Had I known, I would have planned better. As it stands, it's been over 40 days since I submitted my drawing and the plate isn't even up for production yet. Add on another possible 22 days and well, all the gift giving opportunities for grampa will have passed- we already missed Father's Day and his birthday.Is this the end of the world? Nope. But it is frustrating when it is so easy to update an auto-confirm email and website with more accurate timing. Hence, 3 stars instead of 5. But in practice, these plates are cute and make great gifts and mementos of your children's art and writing skills as they age.

LOVE these! I made them when I was little and now my kids are making them to have as keepsakes. Walk down memory lane with each meal we use them for! And bring out the "special" plates we made for special occasions...."you are special"; "happy birthday"; "happy anniversary" from all the grandkids...

It should only come with the circle on the paper so the kids can make their own item. I was hoping to get this by Christmas.

Exactly as advertised. My son loved creating a plate with a dragon on it for all our family members. He did one drawing and we were able to order multiple plates and bowls and items from the one drawing. There are more templates available to make more designs of your own or you can just color a template they provide AND you can download the templates from the website to even make more!

Super cute and the product you get with the drawing is great! I plan to get plate and bowl sets made up for my childre. As they age to take as their first flateware when they are older. At present, my daughter loves to eat off a plate that has her drawing on it.
