Perfect for retaining taste and temperature of drink.
This is the second one I have purchased, one for me and one for my wife. These are absolutely brilliant in all aspects. Keeps drink hot, anti-surge works brilliantly, but best of all, the ceramic coated interior keeps your drink tasting as it should, unlike others that I have.

Lovely to drink from, easy to clean, drinks stay hot
I've been using my mug every day for a few weeks now. I love it. I tend to drink herbal teas. It's nice to drink from, and flavours and smells haven't carried over after washing. The seal is tight with no leak issues. The drinks stays boiling hot all day. I think it looks nice with good colours too. It's the only travel mug I've not been disappointed with.I suppose a drawback is that you have to find somewhere to put the lid when you're drinking for it which might be difficult on a commute, but it's fine for me at a desk.

Serious flawed design
Sadly after a very short time the lid became more and more difficult to open. Eventually it wouldn’t budge. Such a shame because it did actually keep liquid very hot.
