Very Good Product. Works as expected with minimal intervention and is performs very well within this price. The dough is very soft and better than hand kneading - gets done completely within few minutes. Even the customer support is very good as and when needed for any information.

To all of you who are thinking about buying this machine . I am writing this review to let Amazon , Agaro and customers know that this 1000 watt Agaro dough kneader struggles to move on speed setting 1, it is extremely slow and stops sometimes. There is no Royalty in using the Agaro Royal stand mixer at present , only stress and anxiety after spending money on this product . Tried to contact someone from Amazon but they have not kept any channel open to talk to someone regarding this issue but only AI chat bot. Ai chatbot asks us add more water while making dough which ruined the dough for making chapati, All the ladies at home are very disappointed with Agaro for making such an underperforming machine and Amazon for not allowing them to talk to the customer service for return of this product. I learnt that we cannot return this product only replacement is available which is unethical. We bought this machine after studying reviews online and it is projected as no1. Dough kneader but for us the experience was not good. Certainly not the number 1 but underperforming. We will update after a few days if Amazon opens any channels for discussion regarding return. Let’s see how it unfolds. But 1 thing is sure that India is allowing extremely cheap quality products to be sold to people in India via Amazon and encouraging to create more junco and trash because companies cannot take back these cheap quality products
