Love these quick little meals
I enjoy these little meals if I'm stuck and not sure what I want to eat (I hate cooking). I love the flavor and I feel it's much healthier for me than running through a drive thru.

Pretty good, especially if you are good at not eating at work.
First off, this is a pretty good product, healthy-ish, tasty, I genuinely like the Kathmandu Curry flavor, didn't find it spicy at all. Perfect for what I do with it. I typically eat this and other things similar in the office and it is what I call "sad desk food" (mostly only sad due to the proximity of myself to my desk while eating, not because of the food itself, all food is rendered sad depending on your proximity to your work station while consuming). I am also skilled at forgetting to take breaks or lunch at my work, which is its own problem that we don't need to worry about here.I will say that the cooking instructions on the back are kind of bunk, and I will give you mine below. Note, I really only get the Kathmandu Curry flavor, so your results may vary with this method on the other flavors.I put in about one cup of cold water into the cup, stir and microwave for about 3 minutes (microwave times may vary), cup will be super hot when it comes out of the microwave. Cover immediately, then let sit for about 5-7 minutes, it will still be hot, take off cover, stir, maybe wait for a few more minutes with cover off and enjoy. Keep in mind, the rice will still be a little toothy. I just can't reasonably wait for my sad desk food for more than 20 minutes. It isn't happening.The instructions on the packaging are VERY optimistic. The boiling water only method takes FOREVER, and isn't great in my opinion, too soupy and the rice ends up not really cooking and being very toothy. The cold water and 2 minute microwave method works okay, and is how I arrived at my above method, but even after 15 minutes of sitting after microwaving was still under cooked, but I was hungry and was about to go into a meeting, so I figured, some food is better than none. I think the extra minute in the microwave really helps.

It came with damaged bowls and rice spilled all over bottom of box. What a mess!

Tasty, filling, and healthy
Love almost all of the eat-a-bowls, but this one is my favorite. Lots of vegetables and excellent flavor, plus reliable quality ingredients. These are a vegetarian's dream -- flavorful and filling, with none of the crap you find in Cup O' Noodles. One cup is enough for a meal, making them perfect for busy days.
