Saline gel nasal spray is a big improvement over plain saline only sprays. As a result of nasal burning due to CPAP usage, my Doctor recommended using saline gel nasal spray instead of plain saline spray and the results were wonderful. Not only did the burning stop but the saline gel spray can be used throughout the day to relieve stuffiness. Also, saline gel spray doesn’t dry up as quickly as plane saline spray.

I have a very dry nose and thin nasal membranes, to the point where I get a nosebleed almost every day. In winter months I even get mucus fused to the skin inside the nostril, which is really uncomfortable and painful. Like with my skin, eyes, scalp, etc. I have to moisturize.As a kid I used vaseline, but I read about how it can be inhaled into your lungs and cause damage. I then tried saline nasal spray for a while but it just doesn't help at all. I found the Ayr gel that's in a tube and loved it, so I thought this would be a great product to have around too. The gel in a tube you can apply in the lower parts and this spray can go into the upper parts.It absolutely doesn't drip at all. It's also not a jarring cold jet into your nostrils. It's gentle and I feel it lasts much longer than saline spray which immediately runs out or dries. This actually helps fix the fused skin issue too. Very grateful for this product.

My doc advised me to get this. It does help with dry membranes in my nasal passages. However, I have issues with the gel settling to the bottom and unles you shake it vigorously each time before you use it you will not get it to work and will only get a few doses out of it.

Spray his hands down better than the mist spray. Stays put and soothes
