Taste is good

I have taken Biotin for many years, and started taking Selenium about 6 months ago to try to stop or slow down hair loss. I tried the Hair Flair gummies because of the offer to get 2 free bottles of other NutraChamps products. I use several of their products and really like them. I take all the other supplements in these gummies except for the Vitamin E and the Keratin. Maybe these are the ones I needed to add because I started taking the gummies a couple of weeks ago and have noticed a decrease in the hair loss (and my hair looks and feels a bit better). If I could offer one area of improvement in the gummies, I would like to see Nutra Champs add Selenium. I imagine it might be a challenge to do so, however, because Selenium tastes awful.

They taste good and have helped my hair

Taste is really good. Texture is soft, melting almost. Not super chewy or hard like others. Stick together a bit but not hard to get out of the bottle. Ingredient list compares to that of a viral brand that has great reviews and the price here is much better. I’ll update this review once I’ve tried them a sufficient amount of time. If taste is one of your requirements for a hair vitamin. This one has that!
