I bought this to compare with another brand I like. It was no contest. For my purposes (freezing then keeping in the fridge as a substitute for butter), it had an off-putting smell and chemical taste. I much prefer In Love Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil Butter Natural Flavor Infused Gourmet Olive Oil which is similar price point.

My friend uses butter olive oil, but a different brand. Her oil was tastier. I'll keep looking.
