Entertainment Earth Distribution Star Wars The Black Series Princess Leia Action Figure Standard

As some have indicated, this sculpt of Leia reuses a couple of parts. Her torso (not arms) reuses the Cloud City version of Leia and her cape is a recolor of the exact same cape that came with the second 6" release of Padme Amidala. This is a nice kitbash though, the recolor is beautiful and the parts work well. I'm not familiar with the source comic that the figure is based on but I didn't have to be, this Leia looks like a great mix between graceful princess and bold fighter. She comes with a standard blaster, a hand pistol, and the aforementioned cape (which, unlike Padme's, seems connected to the new head sculpt and thus non-removable, though I didn't try too hard to test this). The figure comes in a very high-quality box that looks and opens like a hardbound book, with rich illustrations of the comic Leia on the cover and others on the sides. The box can stand solidly on its own with or without the figure inside, though on mine there wasn't a connected shelf hanger for placement of the box on a wall. That's fine for me as I open all my figures for display and generally keep the boxes folded and stored elsewhere. This box looks great as a standalone display resting on a shelf.This has to be my favorite version of Leia. The likeness is spot-on and the outfit has just enough of a dash of color to make my previous favorite version - Cloud City - stand out as much less plain. As mentioned before this looks more like an "action" figure and less of a static character. Very nice work.

Great figure, decent articulation for Black Series figures.

This is easily the best Black Series Princess Leia figure that Hasbro has made so far. I also like the packaging that is a part of this particular series. They’re meant to resemble a book and feature the artwork from the comics that the figure’s costume and look is based on. If you like to open the Black Series figures for display you can do so without damaging the package itself like most of the figures in this line. The outfit is similar in design to Padme’s costume from Attack of the Clones, which is a nice little wink and a nod to Leia’s mother. In my opinion this is an excellent figure and the price was great, too.

Appearances is first rate, value for money is great. Detail on figure is awesome. Articulation is good but not great needs some customizing. Versatility is great this prince design can fit in any episode or Era. Great box not great condition for those who collect but design and for the money and discount I purchased at 9 out of 10.

I got it at a good price after waiting a long time. I would have never bought it for the original price. The body sculpt is an old, reused one for Leia & the head sculpt didn't really match the packaging. Whatever. I knew what I was getting into, so I didn't have high hopes. She's okay. I don't need another one anytime soon.

Everything inside out, there is nothing else to say bad about it! Great!

Out of all the Leia figures that I own, and I have mostly every single 6" Leia figure that Hasbro has released, this one is my favorite. This figure has an attitude and gives us of a character that we never got on the big screen. The awesome packaging alone is why I had to buy 2 of these. LOL! This is a solid version of this character. The likeness is very good. The thing that I like most about this figure is the color palette. The packaging Art is too good to throw away so I'm keeping it. I am starting to collect Star Wars figures and I want to have one version of each character so this one is the one for me. I thought the cape was fabric at first but it's actually plastic. Anyway, that's fine by me. It looks very good side by side with Luke. This one is a must have in my opinion.
